Thank you for shopping with MauKiss. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it for a full refund, store credit or an exchange.

Returns

You have fourteen (14) days from the day you receive your order to return it. Returned items must be new and unused, with all original tags and labels attached.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at info@maukiss.store with your order number and the items you are returning.
  2. Pack the items securely, ideally in the original packaging.
  3. We will email you the return address once you contact us.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Refunds are made within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned items. We will let you know by email when your refund has been processed.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us at info@maukiss.store or +370 623 70861 and we will arrange a refund or exchange.
